This logbook is intended to guide the reader through a structured decision-making process when in avalanche terrain. Based on the methods used by avalanche specialists, it is designed to help you plan your trip, record your observations, support your decision-making in the field and facilitate reflection after the excursion. These are the main components of comprehensive avalanche risk management. This notebook is used in teaching CSA2.
